Robert Tzimbal - General Superintendent
Robert Tzimbal began his career with Northington Innovations almost 20 years ago as an apprentice carpenter. Through dedication, skill, and a strong work ethic, he steadily advanced to his current role as General Superintendent. Over the years, Robert has contributed to a wide range of projects—from smaller remodels to full-scale custom renovations and new construction —demonstrating versatility and a deep understanding of the construction process.
Robert is especially proficient in framing and finished carpentry, bringing precision and craftsmanship to every project. He is an essential collaborator with all our core subcontractors and a trusted onsite point of contact for owners and architects. Robert’s hands-on experience and leadership make him a vital asset to the Northington Innovations team, ensuring quality and excellence on every job site.
Michael Jensen - Project Manager
Michael has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years in project management and after years of running his own business Michael joined Northington Innovations as a partner in 2015. Michael brings exceptional communication skills to every project and coordinates between owners, architects / designers, and the construction team to ensure a smooth and collaborative building process. He has extensive experience in pre-construction, estimating, construction contracts, project management tools and the design process both for our in-house project and as a consultant owner’s rep.
Michael has specialized focus on all forms of waterproofing, lighting systems, and architectural design to aid the detailing and development of every project. He has worked with owners and their design teams to detail and complete numerous unique design features that go above and beyond “custom”, but takes pride in finding practical and efficient solutions for every project.
Jeff Northington - Owner
With over 35 years of construction and project management experience, Jeff Northington founded the company 25 years ago and has built a reputation for transparency, integrity, reliability, and quality. Jeff is deeply knowledgeable in all building trades and code requirements, but his area expertise in structural building and intricate millwork and moulding installations and fabrications. Jeff has worked on all aspects of residential construction from small remodels inside of inhabited homes to multi-acre estate development as well as commercial tenant improvement work.
For over two decades, Jeff has worked closely with a trusted group of subcontractors, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment. The result is a highly cohesive team that works together seamlessly to ensure the success of every project. Jeff is keenly focused on quality control and efficiency to ensure the best product and the best value are achieved for our clients.
