Our team is well-versed in local regulations, including Recycling requirements, Administrative Design Review, and Full Design Review processes. We are equipped to assist you with these requirements should they arise during your project.

Consulting
Jeff and Michael have used their skills as a consultant Owner’s Representative for a range of projects including tenant improvement work on Class A and other commercial buildings, construction of a new golf clubhouse and other community buildings for several residential communities, and residential projects up to $30M. They have also successfully managed several “crisis” projects on owners’ behalf to assist or replace contractors to complete projects while avoiding litigation.
